Initially it will come to this

Apparently my personality sometimes makes me go into 'blog frenzy' or 'blog overdrive' and that's what this page is a result of. I have a lot of things to talk about, and I enjoy cementing them into being on the web world that is wide.

One of those things, the ones I enjoy talking about, is music. Music music music. Tunes. Jams. Beats. Ballads. Experiences. Whatever you call it, It's a wonderful thing. It's a map to the expanse of a being's brain. It's a key to a lockbox of emotions and actions. It's incredible, and genius, and brilliant, and if you don't think even one of those things about it, then you're not listening to it right. Or not listening to good music.

Now, I'm not a pretentious music snob. In actuality, pretentiousness makes me want to slaughter people, so any words I lay to rest in this space are going to falsely procure a persona that takes great care and precision in what she will or will not partake in listening to. Really the process doesn't manifest as such. Listening to music is an enjoyable thing. I do it because it makes me happy, and more often than not, I will love something simply because it serves as excellent background sound, a good bootygrind mess of noise, intentional discordance, or invokes a symphony of thought. There was a pun in that last one, if you didn't see it glaring.

So there is the spiel about the topics to come, and the remaining 50% of this endeavour is the picture bit. I fancy taking photographs. I might even go so far as to fancy myself a photographer, but only if you've caught me on a heightened spike of self esteem. The fact of the matter is my love of visual documentation, especially the kind that revolves around exceptional experiences, and one of the most frequent kind I've encountered is a music show. I adore being a concert attendee, especially when I can save parts of it on a memory card or roll of film. Examples of my shutter-finger joy will accompany the little leagues of text, and will most likely overwhelm them. I am self-proclaimedly more skillful at listening and snapping photos than talking and imparting opinion.

Now I've decided that this introduction is becoming longwinded, so I shall depart before I impart too much unecessary and detrimental Melody 'wisdoms'.

But not before linking to my initial blog endeavour, Dogumentations. Lots of pictures of puppies be there, if your interest exists.

Ta, Melody M.
